Health Matters understands how hard it is for an organisation to source effective and consistent occupational health services. This why the Health Matters Group created Valentine Occupational Health, our sister business providing bespoke occupational health delivery specified to the needs of our clients.
Many of our clients have asked for a reliable source for ad hoc and contracted occupational health services. We deliver the full range of OH services, most of which are detailed below.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are we able to just use you for a ‘one-off’ management referral for an employee ?
Yes, we are very happy to undertake ad-hoc services.
How quickly can a referral be booked and completed ?
We can usually get an appointment agreed with all parties for with 5 working days of the referral coming over to us. The Clinical Report is usually with the Line Manager within 24 hours of the consultation.
What happens if we feel the Clinical Report does not answer our questions ?
This occasionally happens but our Management reports usually address all questions but, of course, we can go ask the PH Specialist for clarification should it be required.
