Nuffield Webinar – Reframing Menopause in the Workplace

Our Partners, the Nuffield are hosting a webinar – ‘How to create a menopause friendly workplace’ on the 13th October 2021. This is part two of the 2021 focus on menopause and follows on from their webinar ‘the importance of reframing menopause in the workplace’

This second session will look at practical ways organisations can create and maintain a menopause friendly workplace.

  • Ahead of World Menopause Day on the 18th October, the experts will look at applicable strategies to support individuals experiencing the menopause transition.
  • Explore outcomes of the joint project with Manchester Metropolitan University which provides insights into how menopause knowledge, attitudes and practices can be improved across organisations.
  • Gain an understanding of best practice from ‘menopause friendly’ organisations who have improved employee wellbeing, productivity, engagement and retention.
