All three companies of the Health Matters Group will be exhibiting in one stand at the show taking place at the Excel Center London on 1st & 2nd October 2019.
The Health Matters Group is made up of three separate companies; Health Matters, employee benefits intermediary, Life & Progress, EAP and Mental Health support and Valentine OH, Occupational Health Provider. Rather than having three separate stands we thought it would be better to be together. This way we can really add value in our conversations and provide a truly holistic point of view of your benefit package and requirements. This can be anything from review and managing your existing benefits package to identifying other areas such a mental health awareness training, resilience and health and well-being assessments.
Our aim is to offer more rounded, as well as robust, benefit and well-being solutions for you and your employees. We feel that between the three companies that we have expertise and knowledge in all facets of employee health and needs that arise from there. We will have our Clinical lead from Valentine OH who can talk you though any tricky scenarios that you have together with our Senior Mental Health Trainer and EAP Consultant who can provide advice on how to roll out support in this area. Least we not forget that vastly experienced Employee Benefits Consultants who will be able to fuse these areas together in line with your existing (or new) benefits package so can act as a conduit to make your benefits package a lot easier to manage and administer.
Each company is always looking to keep abreast of the changes and developments in the health support and benefits arena which will then be communicated to you so that you know you will be up to date and in the position to make the right decisions on make sure your benefits package is relevant for the future.
