Case Study – 2U

2U are an EdTech company providing short courses and degree programmes online partnering with the top tier universities around the world. With a small team based in London they wanted to look at ways to make their company more appealing to new recruits. Therefore, they explored the options of improving their employee health benefits in order to give them more of a competitive edge.

A Wellness Manager based in the Cape Town office did her research and came across Health Matters. The biggest challenge for 2U was that they are a small remote team who previously had no health cover so therefore they needed to start from scratch. They had no real experience in what products or services they needed but they wanted to ensure that they chose the best provider.
