Our services range from advice on sickness absence management to assisting with the design of employee benefits packages. Our core business, however, remains the implementation and management of Corporate Medical Insurance Schemes.

Negotiations with your current or preferred Insurer so that they provide the best cover at the most realistic and competitive price;

Independent advice as we work for our clients not an insurer and we do not have a "preferred" provider as all our clients needs are specific to them;

Our ADMINISTRATION SERVICES include:
Group Leavers and Joiners - You advise us of changes to your scheme via post or email and we inform the Insurer immediately saving you time and hassle;
Invoicing - Invoices and credit notes are checked by us for accuracy so you pay the correct premiums and receive correct subscription refunds;
Membership Certificates - Certificates are checked by us prior to being sent to the members;
P11d Listings - We provide full membership listings for P11d liability purposes;
Medical Exclusions - We use our experience and leverage to negotiate the removal of members specific medical exclusions;
Problems do occasionally occur with the best of schemes however we accept ownership of the issue use our standing to amicably resolve matters on your behalf;
Cost Controls - There are ways to manage the escalating cost of a medical insurance scheme such as reconsidering benefits, hospitals bands, excess payments and funding options.
What do we charge ?
There is no fee payable to Health Matters and your rates remain the same whether you deal direct with the Insurer or via ourselves.
Commission is paid by the Insurer however rates do not increase if you use a broker as all subscriptions already include a commission element, which we are pleased to disclose.
Hidden charges or fees..? There are none.
