Agency Worker regulations - the impact for employers

On 1st October 2011 the new Agency Workers regulations come into force. This will give agency workers with contracts over 12 weeks the same basic working conditions and rights as their employed colleagues. This includes areas such as parity in basic annual salary, holiday allowances and rest breaks.
