Simon is the founder and Managing Director of the company.  Simon's  extensive knowlege of the health insurance industry and its relating markets underpins Health Matters as one of the UK's most respected Health & Wellbeing Intermediaries.

Cher Weston
Operations Director

Cher's origins are of a medical background although now responsible for Health Matters Operations as well as Human Resources and relating areas.  Cher is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD)

David Dee
Director

David has worked within the wider insurance industry since 1984.  David oversee's various key areas for Health Matters including Finance. 

Brian Taylor
Head of Wellbeing Services

Brian heads up the Wellbeing Services Division with a particular emphasis on Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) and Workforce Wellness.  Brian has spent over 15 years working within the employee health benefits & relating markets, and is a fellow of the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management.
 

James Henson
Business Development Manager

James looks after the FSA regulated new business for Health Matters.  He started out in the industry in 1999 with AXA PPP and joined the company in 2002.
